The Hon’ble cheif minister of West Bengal Mamata Benerjee has introduced the New Health Scheme. Swasthya Sathi Scheme 2021. Under this scheme, the citizens of the state will avail health benefits from the government. Every eligible candidate can avail of the health coverage free of cost. The interested candidates can apply for the Swasthya Sathi Yojana to get benefits.
This scheme was started by the WB state government for the people of the state. It was launched on 30th December 2016. Eligibility Criteria for Swasthya Sathi Yojana

Swasthya Sathi Registration Online 2021
- Firstly, visit the official portal of the Swastya Sathi portal at https://swasthyasathi.gov.in/#
- You can see the home page of the portal.
- On the home page, you have to click on the ‘Apply Online‘ option.
- After that, select the Form B For Registration under Swasthya Sathi Scheme option from the list.
- Application form PDF will open in front of you.
- Enter the application number and fill in the application form with your details.
- Attach the required documents to the registration form.
- Signature on it and click on the Submit button.
- Then, you will receive registration number for future reference.
In this way, you can also do the Hospital registration online through the Swasthya Sathi official portal.
Search Name in Beneficiary List
The beneficiaries can check their name in the beneficiary list. To search name the candidate has to follow the given process.
- First of all visit the official SwasthyaSathi portal at swasthyasathi.gov.in.
- The home page will open in front of you.
- Select the Find Your Name option.
- It will redirect to another page.
- Here, enter your Mobile Number and select the search type i.e. Yourself or Others.
- Click on the Submit button.
- You will see your Smart Health Card on your page.
- Click on the Print to downloa the health card.
URN Verification
- First of all open the official portal of the Swasthya Sathi.
- From the home page, select the URN Verification option.
- Then, Select your state, district, and enter URN number.
- Click on the Submit button.
- Follow the on-screen instrictions to complete the URN verification process.
Registration Status Check Online
If you are registered to the portal then check the status of the application form through the following steps.
- First, visit the official Swasthya Sathi portal through the given link.
- After that, select the URN Verification option.
- Then, click on the Reg. Status option.
- After that, enter the application number in the given space.
- Finally, click on the submit button.
Swasthya Sathi Mobile App
The eligible residents can download the Swasthya Sathi App on their mobile phones. The app contains the application form and all features of the official portal. The eligible candidates can also apply for the Swasthya Sathi scheme 2021 in the Swasthya Sathi mobile app.
